REFUND POLICY
The Luo National Congress (LNC) hereby commits to the following refund policy for enrolled participants:
1. Full Refund Eligibility: If LNC fails to secure a verified placement opportunity for the participant within twelve (12) months from the date of enrollment, the participant shall be entitled to a full refund of the enrollment fee (KES 2,000 or USD 15 equivalent).
2. Conditions for Refund: To qualify for a refund, the participant must:
- Maintain active participation in program activities, including attendance at a minimum of 75% of scheduled virtual meetings.
- Complete all assigned tasks and application requirements in a timely manner.
- Respond to placement opportunities presented by LNC within reasonable timeframes.
- Maintain good standing with the program.
3. Exclusions from Refund: No refund shall be issued in the following circumstances:
- The participant secures placement through LNC but fails to obtain a visa due to reasons attributable to the participant, including but not limited to: visa interview failure, inadequate documentation, misrepresentation of facts, criminal background issues, or failure to meet host country requirements.
- The participant withdraws from the program voluntarily before the 12-month period.
- The participant rejects placement opportunities without valid justification.
- The participant fails to meet the participation requirements outlined in Section 2 above.
4. Refund Process: Eligible refunds shall be processed within thirty (30) business days of the participant’s written refund request submitted after the 12-month period. Refunds shall be issued via the same payment method used for the original enrollment fee or through an alternative method agreed upon by both parties.
5. Limitation of Liability: LNC’s maximum liability under this policy is limited to the amount of the enrollment fee paid. LNC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from failure to secure placement.
