LICTA has a clear vision of Luo Traders integration in a mutually beneficial network where prices and
availability of goods and services are shared.

LCTA objectives are as follows:
a) Maintaining professional ethics in their line of trade;
b) defending and advancing the interest of the members;
c) creating unity in their business activities in Pinyluo;
d) acting as pressure group in order to influence certain government policies impacting Joluo
and Pinyluo;
e) ensuring that members comply with quality standards; and regulations of pricing among the
members and in Pinyluo.
