- Works on the ground in Pinyluo communities to recruit new LNC members and build grassroots presence.
- Conducts door-to-door outreach and community visits to explain LNC’s mission, benefits, and membership opportunities.
- Organizes community meetings and information sessions to engage potential members.
- Identifies and recruits local sellers, traders, and business owners to partner with LNC for economic empowerment initiatives.
- Builds relationships with local leaders, elders, and community influencers.
- Collects membership applications and facilitates registration process.
- Provides information about LNC programs, services, and opportunities.
- Reports on community needs, feedback, and recruitment progress.
- Distributes LNC promotional materials and maintains visibility in assigned areas.
- Serves as LNC’s presence and voice at the grassroots level.
